I am old and disabled, but I walked out today is absolute disgust - girl talking so hard to boyfriend she didn't talk to me - didn't look at me, totalled my purchases and keyed in for bankcard payment - even though I had money in my hand. Customers pay employees wages - we need to be treated well and not ignored. I not impressed with level of service this shop gives!
Today’s experience was terrible!!nIn this extreme Adelaide heat, I started sweating within seconds of walking into the store. I requested the employees there to kindly turn on the aircon. I was shocked to learn that the store had no air conditioning.nnI wonder how the employees working here are coping with the heat!nnI can’t ever think of going there again unless an aircon is installed.
Dont go there for groceries ,if its hot outside as they dont have any aircon in shop. And its more warmer than outside
Worst customer service. I bought around 10 packets of frozen snacks and by mistake bought extra 1 more big packet. I came immediately in an hour to return but they didn't took back. It was very rude revert with smile. I prefer other Indian grocery shop which have more variety and good customer service.
I absolutely love shopping at this store! The selection of products is unbeatable. The store is always clean and well maintained, and I appreciate the attention to detail that the staff puts into making sure everything is in its place. The prices are also very reasonable, which is very important to me as a budget conscious shopper. The staff is very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this grocery store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience!
