Love to shop at this indian grocery, great variety of indoan items and groceries and good prices, staff os always lovely, courteous and helpful... no doubt 5/5 starts. Thank you.
Felt disrespected.nnI've had a good experience at this Indian grocery store in the past, but today was disappointing. I purchased a specific brand of ghee, and while billing, the store employee repeatedly pushed me to buy another brand, even after I respectfully declined several times. Despite expressing that I was happy with my choice, he continued to insist the other brand was better. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable with the persistent pressure. While I understand stores may promote certain brands, repeatedly ignoring a customer's preference is not acceptable
I found stuff good. But reviews speak otherwise. It looks they have taken corrective steps.
I am old and disabled, but I walked out today is absolute disgust - girl talking so hard to boyfriend she didn't talk to me - didn't look at me, totalled my purchases and keyed in for bankcard payment - even though I had money in my hand. Customers pay employees wages - we need to be treated well and not ignored. I not impressed with level of service this shop gives!
I absolutely love shopping at this store! The selection of products is unbeatable. The store is always clean and well maintained, and I appreciate the attention to detail that the staff puts into making sure everything is in its place. The prices are also very reasonable, which is very important to me as a budget conscious shopper. The staff is very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this grocery store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience!
