Briggs is one of if not the most social hall where people are friendly and warm. The building may be abit older and the price for accomodations are slightly high but it's what one can expect from staying on-campus. There are activities that residents can participate in that are fun and interactive. Overall,it is and has been good experience.
Comfy apartments, but quite pricey for what's offered. However, still can't beat on-campus location.
