Busy walk way going upto the summit. Good walk would be nicer if no mountain bikes on it. Would also be nicer if it had native bush or any trees really on either side of it

Gondola side was nice with decent views. Surface a bit loose but fine to run down cautiously. Plenty of parking at the bottom on a summer Sunday. Didn't try the Lyttleton side.

Great walk. Short, sharp and steep. Often has loose stones underfoot, so only suitable for the sure-footed.
