Amazing friendly service in the main dining area! Very welcoming. They made sure we were seated in a location that ensured our complete comfort. Great food, the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare as I ordered, just how I like it..and an amaaazing flavour. We will be back.
Despite the rather loud atmosphere this place was exceptional for a “pub”, the waiter went above and beyond to have a fro hat away to the whole table and make everyone feel welcome, topped off with everyone thinking their meal was delicious. Definitely a place we will return in the future
Michelle and Luke looked after us and kudos to chefs best schnitzel's we have had in long time. Was also fantastic catching up with John McCauley family friend and ex Whyalla Westlands hotelierfor a chat. Definitely recommend this hotel. We'll definitely be back again. Chris had Hawaiian and I had seafood schnitty
Great Decor, Clean, friendly staff, good meal selection and good prices. Meal came out in a very timely manner, 3 different meals at our table of 4 all equally as delicious, desert was a bit different to what we were expecting , a decontructed version but very yum, Mojito's were really good. Definitely would return and recommend.
I may be biased, but the Bridgeway Hotel is my favourite place to drink, eat and catch up with friends. Where else can U find such a stunning pub with its uniquely designed architecture. It's a great place to drink, especially when the river that it is built across is flowing with winter rains. The only disappointment in recent years has been the lack of live music band for which it was very popular for in the past. However, that is all slowly changing with future gigs and events planned which shows draw in the crowds that are looking for a place to socialise other than the pokie venues in Adelaides Northern region.
Had a really lovely lunch there. The staff were wonderful. Food was excellent, had lamb saladseniors meal, absolutely divine. Will be back
I had to give this a one star as it was very disappointing. I ordered a $50, 600 gram, 40 day old striploin steak medium rare. When it arrived it was more like a T-bone. Once you removed the bone and fat it was about 200 grams at most and extremely chewy and I'm positive it wasn't 40 days old. They gave me a choice for another steak and I chose the $40, 300 gram scotch fillet medium rare. It was just ok and was still mooing but I ate most of it. This was meant to be a 40 day old steak as well but doubt it very much. To top this off, they didn't even give me the $10 back for giving me a cheeper steak.: Pic of my medium rare steak
Very enjoyable experience and we were amazed at the staff and their focus. Then the food, amazing! I got the tge Mixed Grill meat platter for one which was cooked perfectly, med-rare My wife had the chicken and prawn stir-fry with rice with bokchoy and Chinese cabbage and capsicums. Was very tasty, but needed extra chilli and we noted the bokchoy and chinese cabbage and capsicums were missing? Minus 1 star Otherwise a very nice venue that we will revisit. P.S. The Miss New York pizza was the best! Very tasty. I want to try the dry aged meat
Had year Xmas lunch. Steak was a bit tough. Pork was good but crackling was hard.Small portion. Service was good a bit slow but it was understandable. Great set up. Will try it again when the holiday season is over.
It's a very nice place . Staff a little aloof & seem disinterested in the gaming room . So the very nice aesthetics of the venue is a bit tainted by lack of enthusiasm of some of the staff. That's first impression though. But plenty of parking . Good food . Not cheap. Nice aesthetics & surroundings. Ramps etc well presented
