We have not stayed yet, BUT it already deserves a 5 star review for prompt customer service and accommodating 2 employees at last minute when most places were unaccommodating. Jeff was amazing to deal with, and the staff look forward to their stay. Thankyou Jeff keep up the amazing, organised work that you do.
Booked a room for a manager at work. The customer service was fantastic, Jeff was very accommodating. The manager reported the room was great and location perfect. I will definitely be booking Bridgetown Valley Lodge again.
Nice little place not far off the main street and short walk to amenities.nThe staff were pleasant and helpful.nRoom required moving of furniture to facilitate wheelchair but the accessible bathroom was an absolute winner.
Was looking for overnight accommodation and Jeff and Danielle had 1 room left.nBeautiful room, best shower for a long time and Jeff recommended Nelsons for dinner.nNext morning while I enjoyed breakfast, Jeff was a plethora of local knowledge as I was looking at real estate.nHighly recommended
Jeff is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. The accommodation is great... Clean and fresh. The continental breakfast was good. But you can get a cooked breakfast too. Jeff cooks a mean scrambled eggs. Jeff makes you feel at home.
