These guys do Great and satisfying servicing, at reasonable prices. Getting tyres done at same time gets your vehicle up to date a plus. One Stop shop, & Wow Ladies just across the Road a good hair dresser shop KropHair, to fill in time while servicing, highly recommend, ask when booking your vehicle in, the guys will fill you in. Customers service is very good
I booked my car in to get the aircon fixed, took it down this morning and got a call 3 hours later telling me it needed regassing but their machine was broken so they couldn't re-gas it- picked up my car and was assured all it needed was gas and that nothing else was wrong. I got in at another place they were so kind to squeeze me in to re-gas but was called not long after I dropped off the car to let me know the major hose to the compressor has a leak and he didn't have the time to fix that as he had squeezed me in. I called Bridgestone back to ask how they missed that and see if I could take the car back to them to get fixed, they apologised saying they were very busy and must have missed it and that they did not have time to take my car back. I am absolutely horrified at this service, not only did I book this a week in advance,I organised time off work, and then even after the initial problem of their gas machine not working it STILL couldn't be fixed due to their incompetence at examination. I will never be returning here and am disgusted at the lack of ability they've shown in their trained field that has now left me stranded.
Thanks to Michael and to Troy my passenger side tyre was fitted and balanced with the new alignment with no fuss and with a smile

I had 4 new tyres put on my car today. I have to say the customer service was absolutely fantastic! The staff are friendly and accommodating. The service was prompt and they ended up charging me slightly less for each tyre. They were honest in letting me know that I didn’t need an alignment and seemed very trustworthy. I can’t fault Bridgestone Coorparoo, 5/5 experience today. Highly recommend and will certainly go back if need be. Thanks!
THE WORST MECHANIC EVER!!! 1. Costumer service was the worst i have ever experienced. The owner made no eye contact with me, seemed entirely disinterested and took phone calls whilst serving me with no apology. I asked for a break down of what had been done during my service so i knew where my money was going and instead of answering me he simply turned the computer screen around and grunted. RUDE. 2. I asked for the service and repairs to put into my log book which i left on the front passenger seat. When i picked the car up i questioned if this had been done to which Tony replied yes it had. Checked my log book and nothing. 3. I was quoted $420 to have my back brakes machined and new pads put on. I thought this sounded expensive so i asked them to hold off. Lucky i did! I called another local mechanic and for EXACTLY the same thing he quoted me $170. No wonder they have door to door salesmen trying to sell servicing packs - They obviously cant keep costumers the regular way - good service and fair pricing. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere.
Finally a mechanic you can trust. The boys listen to you and always do an outstanding and efficient job with little inconvenience to the customer. The boys are so polite, welcoming and friendly. You won't find a better mechanic!
Used these guys for log book services on my Mazda that has proven to be a massive mistake in the long run. The gearbox oil was supposed to be changed at 100,000 km and I was charged for the new oil $33 for 3 litres as part of the service so you would assume it was done. Just had a new clutch put in at a different mechanic who checked the gearbox and said the oil was black and could not possibly have been changed at the 100,000 service just 12,000 km previous. For the sake of $33 worth of oil these guys are either incompetent or a rip-off, not sure which, but not good either way.
