Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with anything car related. I rang to see if they could fit me in and have a look at why I was getting terrible noises from my wheels/tyres. They got me in straight away, were up front about what was going on and how long it would take. They were able to get everything fixed within an hour. Went to this place yesterday for tyre rotation and wheel alignment. The guy named Khris served me. Really had a bad experience he was talking like I made some mistake by visiting this store. Just asked for any discount if possible and he was like on full fire. Acting like I had committed a crime, he start saying we are not working here for free that I will give you discount. I do not think its such a big deal to ask for a discount if possible that was very polite request. And after finishing the job do not even bother to present basic customer service by saying thanks and all that. Really upset, do not know why this happed but really disgusting. But the guy working in the workshop I think Deep was really nice and advised me about the condition of my cars tyres.
BIG THANKS to Chris Kilsby and his team for the best quote, great advice and on the spot assistance with new tyres and wheel balance. My car feels soooo much better to drive now.. 5 STARS from me... I'll definitely be back
Thankyou for the excellent service from Chris and the team. They took me home and picked me up after the car was finished, also they fixed my radio after I couldn't get the code to reset it after the battery had died. They went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience.

Thankyou Chris for fixing my punctures,tried other places,but couldn't fit me in for hours, Chris was booked out also,but because I was going on a trip,he asked me to come in, 20 mins later all fixed and I was on my way
