The Brides by Design team are amazing! My whole experience with them from start to finish was wonderful. The service and kindness I received off these beautiful people will be forever cherished. I cannot thank you enough for the time and patience you spent with me.. The way my dress was altered from a size 12, down to a 6 was absolutely flawless! It looked as though it was made that way. Super helpful, very patient and just wonderful to deal with right from the very beginning. I would definitely recommend Brides by Design to all brides.

Disappointing experience. Do not waste your time or money. Charged $30 for a 45min fitting. Our bride left disheartened and upset after 20mins. The staff member assigned to help and fit the gowns was useless. She couldn’t answer basic questions about the dresses. She didn’t help elevate looks with a veil or accessories. She couldn’t tell us what length train was on the gowns they have names FYI: sweeping, chapel, royal, etc.. She wasn’t supportive of the bride and didn’t provide knowledge or feedback unless pressed. She was monosyllabic and clearly over it. When looking for additional looks to help the bride we were told the bride couldn’t try on certain dresses as the designer wasn’t there and that was never discussed as an option prior to the appointment. What on earth was the $30 for?! No offer of water, tea, coffee, champagne, etc. $30 for the bride to walk away feeling flat, and unsupported, do not bother!

I highly recommend Brides By Design! Their dresses are modern and stunning- particularly the Made With Love range. All of the girls who work at Brides By Design are very friendly and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of Tash who is particularly wonderful at her job. Tash is very experienced and when it comes to wedding dresses - she knows her stuff! Tash genuinely cared about me finding the best dress and ensured it fit me to perfection! We had the most magical experience with the professional staff at Brides by Design. We were welcomed warmly from the start and the range and quality of their dresses was first class. By the time we got to this place we had spent some time searching for the perfect dress. My daughter tried on many dresses of a myriad of different styles and prices. To say we were frustrated and confused is an understatement.  However we persisted and we were very glad we did because the whole experience we had at Brides by Design was second to none! The experience and intuitive understanding the staff exhibited was fantastic. They knew which dresses would suit Catie and they chose exactly the right look for her. She fell instantly in love with her beautiful dress.  From that moment on they were organised and exceptional right up until the day we finally took her dress home. I would not hesitate to recommend this outstanding team to anyone wanting to choose the most heavenly dress ever. Thank you ladies you made the whole journey so special.

From the moment we walked into Brides by Design, I knew that I wanted to buy my dress from there - they were all so warm, welcoming and positive and I was over the moon when I found ‘the one’ in store.  Every time I visited, they made me feel like a million dollars! Whether that be when I picked up the dress or my multiple alteration appointments.  Their attention to detail was incredible - they pretty much had to re-make my dress from scratch with the amount of alterations required and I was initially worried that it might not look exactly as I remembered but it was even better and fit me perfectly with many guests commenting that it looked as though it was made for me which it pretty much was!  They were all an absolute pleasure to deal with and always made me feel so happy and comfortable and nothing was ever an issue. I bought my wedding dress from brides by design and it was such a pleasant experience from my first visit to the store to my final fitting. I got my dream dress that fit my body so perfectly, absolutely loved it and the entire team are gorgeous! Amazing at what they do and made me feel a million bucks!
