Was looking for flight to Japan on various online discount sites but could not book the flight we required due to my passport being renewed.  Brian was able to  book the flights we required.  It was a little more expensive than ones on line but ease and convenience far out weighed the cost.  On picking the tickets up we were given a cheque as the flight had been discounted.  I think we paid a fair bit less than the online price we were looking at plus great friendly service.  We will use and recommend this company again (Doug&Tomoko)
