Smashed avocado and the French toast!! Absolutely perfection, eggs where amazing as was the freshness of the fruit/berries. Thank you for an Amazing meal. Look forward to the next time I am in town.
The serving sizes are large and the prices are not too bad. However, my son got a steak sandwich and the breading on the steak was very overpowering with an aniseed flavour coming through. The sandwich was huge, but he couldn't eat it all. My southern fried chicken burger was huge too and I couldn't get through it all.
Nice gem with good food and atmosphere. Tiniest improvement in the smiles of staff would make it perfect. :Food: 5/5
Definitely a big serve. The Big Breakfast schnitzel is generous with its toppings, its very saucy if you like that. Coffee is good too.
The food was delicious. The coffee was great. The service was top-notch. But damn, those pancakes were unreal. The amount you see in the pics is the standard amount. They were so soft, fluffy and thick. Probably the best pancakes I have ever had. If I ever visit whyalla again, I am coming back here for sure.
Had to wait so long for our meals to come out, wasn’t even busy would have been only 8-12 people here. I would strongly urge no one to go here. Outdoor area was dirty and girls were just standing around talking Kid-friendliness: Nothing for kids. Not even a fast meal service to keep them entertained
A poor effort as per the previous review is grossly generous. I've never left a negative review before but this dining experience will haunt my dreams until the end of time. Between the three of us dining, the breakfast cost $60 but none of us took more than a bite of our meals. It started with my avocado on toast pictured - stale white bread covered in what I can only describe as something other than avocado. The only thing it had in common was perhaps the colour. My friend ordered the omelette, the look on his face after one bite said it all. He looked like he was going to vomit. He described the taste as the eggs being cooked in old oil that had been used to cook an old steak.
Wow, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Not the cheapest, but was worth it. Even the fussy kids enjoyed theirs lol. Will go again and so should you Parking: Free parking and entry through the back.
Great cafe. Food was amazing. Menu had plenty to choose from and they have all day breakfast.
