Like the idea of “local “ bakery. They use local baked coffee beans and make breads everything is the store . We like chicken Pie more than the beef one. Pastries such as fruity danish and pain chocolate are good but the plain croissant tastes not so flaky as I expected . The flavor still nice tho. Coffee is the best specially the mocha.
Fab - got some properly good sandwiches here. Being away from London and missing the sourdough/good bread, these hit the spot. Decent coffee too
Went here for breakfast this morning. Good service and very friendly. Nice little shop and good selection of offerings. We got a pork sausage roll, a bacon and egg croissant and a butterscotch fig scroll.nThe sausage roll was nice but paled compared to the others which were really tasty and balanced. Well worth a visit
I’ll do a lot of work to hunt down decent croissants, and so while I was in Albany I found this place. Small, but friendly and clearly a serious bakery, the croissant was good, crisp exterior, buttery, but slightly bready inside. The chocolate croissant was top notch and the coffee excellent. It also had a lovely atmosphere with lovely bakery smells and a lively clientele. Limited seating, so keep an eye out.
I went here for breakfastnWe ordered a baguette, a croissant, and then a bread which looks like calzone.nnThe baguette was soooo great!!! and croissant was also greatnBut I didn’t like the bread which looks like calzone cuz it tastes like flour a lot. Otherwise, everything was great. And their coffee was also great! not burnt flavor coffee.
