The receptionists always have a smile on their face and are prompt to tend to me, making further appointments as needed.nMy doctor always listens to me and diagnosis is spot on, confirmed by pathology. She is a doctor who I am very comfortable with. I'm looked after well. I don't wait long in the surgery.
Went for a mandatory health check for my visa application today. The reception staff was horrible. She did her job but should remember to treat clients with respect. Also the wait was unreasonably long one hour even when I was very punctual. So management need to improve as well. The health check did cost me over 400 and the staff should know that even we are mandatory to go to this clinic, they should also be mindful of their attitude toward people. Sorry to say that this is the Worst clinic I have ever encountered so far .
Friendly and efficient staff.nI always feel welcome. The wonderful reception staff always are quick and make it a pleasant experience even though I am not feeling too great. Phone calls are answered, friendly quickly and efficiently too.nDr Janelle J. has always been really nice and helpful, understanding and patient. Excellent bedside manner for a better terminology.
Go in for an appointment, after driving an hour and been told my doctor isn’t in and I can’t be seen today. Was told they attempted to call me once yesterday to let me know and that was it. No other texts, emails or calls. Absolutely pathetic to make no other efforts of contact, they have my correct details so use them. I can’t answer a phone call in the morning, I have a job, I work! Call me in the evening, send me a text, call me the day of my appointment and let me know? Does none of this exist in their policies? Massive joke.
One of the best doctors surgery I have ever been two. All the doctors I have seen there have been fantastic. The reception staff are fantastic too, so nice, and happy.nGlad I found them all after I moved down here because I had the best doctor in the world and I thought he was going to be hard to replace. But I found Dr Robert Yeoh here wouldn't part with him now. I would recommend him to everyone.nThanks everyone for being so great
