Breadtop is the best! Every kind of bread and bakery delight that they make is so soft and fresh. There's such a great variety of goodies. It's self-serve to pick what you want so it's quick and easy. The guy serving was super friendly and fast serving us. Highly recommend the pork floss buns.
Very poor customer service experience, even when buying 10 buns at once. Not interested in presentation in the takeaway boxes, which was annoying when it's gift for a morning tea. Very concerned about me paying even before the other lady had finished bashing the buns into the boxes. Not sure what about me made them have concerns about me being able to pay, but not going to play any 'cards' here, I hate that stuff. Other reviews seem to indicate a pattern of a bad customer service experience. However, food is always consistently good, which is why 2 stars not 1. If you want great buns without friendly helpful appreciative staff, this is the place for you
OMG! This place is amazing! I'm almost sorry I found it, I've probably been there 7 or 8 times. The pastries taste so good! The prices reasonable are and so are the portion sizes.
Very rude staff. Management should think about getting their staff trained for Customer service. English is not my first language but I try my best to speak English around people other than my race. This is very un professional. Such a shame..
I've never not throughly enjoyed anything from Breadtop! They're consistently excellent: savory, sweet, cream filled, chilled. I love their custard filled buns and cream filled horns. But give me anything from Breadtop and I'm satisfied. Friendly and quick service too. Yum
The food is so good here. The only issue I have is with the staff, I always feel so rushed and intimated when I come up to pay. They're really rude, and I always come here.
Always great to stop by here when I have the time. Both sweet and savoury items are good. My friends and family enjoy stopping by here too.
I used to come here extremely often before work to eat fresh out of the oven breakfast buns. They never seem to deliver. The manager and owner there are also very sweet and got to say that their tuna buns and beef curry buns are the best. I don’t even like beef, but yet managed to hook me into the one item that breaks my diet. Please guys try this place out!
Great food fast service even when they are super busy.
Staff were very rude, I was a loyal customer of breadtop for many years, now they lost my business because of the poor customer service from Chermside store
