The tastiest on-go snacks you've ever may had. extremely perfectly cooked and preserved. I wish the staff would be a little friendlier and more patient, especially with first-time visitors like me ..

Amazing bakery with lots of different breads and incredible cakes, I bought 4 different slices, all very yummy. I'll definitely come back again when I'm in Sydney next!

It’s authentic Asian bread. Not too sweet but with extremely soft texture. The red bean paste makes me remind of my childhood.

I understand that most of breadtop usually gets busy around the afternoon. However, they should learn how to receive phone calls from customers and speak to them nicely. Today i simply asked to check my name so i can pick up my cake order because there're many breadtop around townhall & ofc World Square and i'm not good with directions. So instead of wasting my time visiting breadtop stores, i just simply called breadtop stores around and asked for my pickup order, they answered me politely wether they have my cake or not. And i eventually found the store where they had my cake. The one at World Square just sigh at the phone and speak like they don't want to work there. I hope by reading this feedback could help you provide a better customer service.

the worst shop ever had Shame to you I bought two bread Total price should be around 10 But the staff charged me 17 I did not realise it until I was back home and check my bank App The worst shop never go there again Kingly look at the amount when paying Be 200% careful!!

FRIDAY 10 june 2022 , 16.36PM breadtop world square.. YOUR BELOVED STAFF GAVE ME A PLASTIC WITH A HOLE ON BOTH SIDE OF COURSE THE BREAD FALL OFF.. I ORDER 3 BREAD AND THE OTHER TWO IS FINE BECAUSE THE PLASTIC ONLY HAS 1 SIDE HOLE.. CHECK YOUR CCTV YOUR BELOVED STAFF REACTED BY I DIDNT TOUCH NOT MY MISTAKE.. SO SILLY I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE PLASTIC TOU GAVE ME IS BROKEN HAS TWO SIDE OF HOLES THATS WHY THE BREAD IS FALL OFF.. USED TO LOVE YOUR BREAD!!

Love that this branch is open til later. Had this Japanese-inspired beef curry donut later in the arvo and was still fresh!

Favourite Asian bakery! Must try!

Check your egg tart before you buy it because the one I got is half filled. On 19/06/21 around 4.20pm. After the staff got the egg tart for me from the counter, she covered it so I couldn’t see the inside. Feeling cheated. Will not go back.
