I have been a frequent customer at Bread Top Knox because my kids love the chocolate buns, but after my most recent visit, I have decided to stop going there for a while. There is a particular staff member who is consistently rude and unprofessional, making every visit unpleasant. Each time I’ve been served by this person, I’ve felt unwelcome and disrespected. It's disappointing because the products are great, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I don’t need to deal with rudeness when I’m just trying to make a quick purchase. Until the customer service improves, I won't be returning.
My sister bought me this scrumptious chicken mushroom bun from Breadtop Knox! What a kind act! I particularly liked the crispy flakes that were on the outside of the bun - so texturally satisfying :-
Unfortunately, sustainability is not exactly a top priority here. Every single product here is individually packed in a plastic bag, so the lady in front of me simply wasted around 10 plastic bags. It should actually be the company's responsibility to prevent this. I had a loaf of bread topped with cheese and it just tasted awful. The bread just tasted of sugar and the cheese was also disgusting. Never again.
I bought two of the twin buns as a snack to have at home. Had nearly finished the first half when a moldy taste hit my mouth. Disgusting. I emailed head office who didn't really care, said to go back to the store and discuss it with them. Based on a previous comment I can see it would have been a waste of time, Knox is quite far away for me. I've been going to breadtop for years and had many of these buns. Never again. Head office should be looking into it, not telling customers to do their work for them.
The custard donut is always the best at this location. It’s my favourite thing to get from breadtop. And the Knox location always makes them so fluffy and delicious.Food: 5/5

Ever since they moved to the new location... Something is quite not right!i have gone at different times of the day and week but seem to get bread that is not fresh or the cream inside the bun has an off taste. I raised it with the counter staff and was told that it must be my taste buds. I definitely won't be returning ever.
Used to be our to go for quick snack until the customer service started to get worse. And worse. Were the staffs treated all right?
Every time I go to this bakery, I see a person making bread in the kitchen inside, and I've seen many times that they keep rubbing their bare hands without wearing sanitary gloves when making bread. It doesn't look hygienic. Do all Bread Tops in every store make bread with their bare hands without gloves?
Something is not right ,both my son and me got sick after having breadtop products ,tastes are not the same ,I don't want to be rude but this is happened with us two times now since the store moved to a new location
