Custard tart was soggy and fell to pieces whilst l tried to eat it. Asian lady refused a refund and told me it was fresh and made that day........ l said l don’t think so, why did it fall to pieces and she had no response because she knew l was right and she was lying!!!!! If you want freshness go elsewhere

The Asian lady said it was fresh, then I had a look at it and it was far beyond that. I went to show it to her but then she kept responding nah nah nah
