Very quick, polite and efficient. All appointments need to be booked in advance.
Extremely professional and fast service. Staff were amazing and very helpful.
Very organised for scheduling appointments. People are friendly and processed tourist visa real quick with minimum formalities. Payment via Money Order is a hassle though. Should have another way of payment like Eftpos or cash.
Great customer service, efficient, speedy and on time. They answer emails on time and give you information you need. No reason to complain at all, they even have a kids space area, which is great for families visiting. Birth certificate took aprox 1 week, they are so efficient.

My experience at the consulate was great, I had some issues with some documents and I did not had appointment, but I had a booked trip and decided to go there just to clarify some questions. Gilberto was very friendly & helpful, guided me and the next day I was able to make a booking and request a new passport.

Outstanding customer service from Gilberto. We had two requests and one appointment, and everything was taken care of in about 15 minutes. Staff were really friendly and helpful, answering all of questions with a smile! Very impressed with the service received.
