Thank you Dee for a wonderful experience in BnT! I spent a few minutes wandering aimlessly, not really knowing what I wanted to buy.  You soon whisked me in a change room and started bringing in options. You took the time to get to know my body type and what styles I liked. You gave honest critique (very refreshing when I'm used to staff just saying "you look great", in the hope of sale) and a had warm demeanour that made me forget I was standing in my knickers in front of a stranger. Always been a supporter of Bras N Things, but my latest purchase was disappointing.  Sports bras, the catches are made of metal not strong enough for a sports bra, they are coming out of the wash misshapen and beyond use.  Please note:  I do use a washing bag and my other brands of bras are fine.  The actual sports bras is excellent, shame on saving costs on catches when it is such an important feature.
