the clothes are awesome and it’s a big store loads of stock but the staff are awful. when i visited there was a customer using the changing rooms and she was asking the staff in the change rooms a question but they had trouble understanding her due to her accent. the tone they both used when answering the woman was horrible and they gave her very little help. when the woman walked away the girls started laughing and turned to each other and pulled faces at each other. when I got out of the changing room I handed my number back to the girl and she didn’t ask me how I went, you know, nothing like that. In silence she just took my number and then pretty much snatched all of my clothes from my hands. I said to her, ‘I’m sorry I actually plan on buying all of those’, she responded, ‘huh?’ And still took them from me. I said, ‘I’m buying all of those clothes I just tried on’, she responded ‘oh’, handed them back to me and walked away. Then when I was in line for the register the girl behind the desk who served me didn’t say hello to me, she didn’t ask me how I was or if I found everything okay. She just took my clothes, rung them up and told me my total and held out the eftpos machine. Honestly I am very disappointed. I love everything I bought but the experience was awful. I’ve been to the store in Bondi Junction multiple times over the past few years and had a completely different experience, the staff there are so lovely compared to this location.
Terrible customer service, my sweet little sister went in there and tried on 8 pieces of clothing and when she left the change rooms she had 6 in her hands, she left the other 2 in the change rooms, the girls in there immediately accused her of stealing even before checking the change rooms to see if she left the other 2 in the change rooms. As she was trying on the clothes she could also hear the girls working judging customers and talking down on people coming in with Halloween costumes.nnTo make things worse as she was leaving she was the only one who got her bags searched. She was villainised for no reason. This occurred at 2:50pm 18/10
im always a sucker for Brandy when travelling and this one was super big with a nice collection. The customer service was just alright but Bella was exceptional! She was very lovely and helpful :
the biggest brandy i've been to with so many items though it's also the messiest and worst employees wise that i've seen. there's a huge lack of customer service from floor employees who aren't helpful, ignoring customers and loudly gossiping. the checkout girls are either nice or genuinely seem like they hate their job. super awkward and rude security woman. it's literally SO uncomfortable everytime i shop there everyone could use some training
Workers were all super nice even though the store was PACKED expect long wait times for the change rooms so bring a friend to chat to :3 I love brandy the clothes have become slightly bigger and are less form fitting now but most pieces are 100% cotton and are well priced for what they are in comparison to other stores like cotton on that charge $80+ for a top made of 99% polyester Wish there were more brandy stores across melb!!
