Not sure what people are doing expect customer service wise, this bloke isn’t bad he must not have much patience dealing with people who aren’t clear on what they want. I’ve dealt with braeside steel about 10 times over the years getting little bits a pieces, by no means a good money spinning customer and we’ve always got on fine

After 2 years, the place has been upgraded to Mental Treatment Hospital. The PSYCHOPATH is still running the business. Can't talk about services when they don't want to talk to normal customers.

The guy is a rip off, I bought something and two minutes later I changed my mind and he takes 10% for the inconvenience….. good one and he says I have a business to run and just take money of people for nothing…. You deserve this review!!!!!

I would highly recommend you DO NOT deal with this PHSYCOPATH. He has a very serious attitude problem and needs help. He shouldn’t be dealing with the public. Also this business is a major rip off. When I questioned him about what he was charging me for a small piece of plate he threw my money back at me and swore at me. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere as there are plenty of other places that deal out excellent customer service and very reasonable prices, with this business knowing nothing about either. Shame about having to give them 1 star

Rude on the phone. Not worth bothering with. Plenty of suppliers in the region with a half decent customer service attitude.

The place is not a patch on what it used to be; it now seems to be run by some nob-end with 'small angry man' syndrom. His idea of customer service is akin to Ghengis Khan's approach to his neighbors. He may be knowledgeable regarding steel but with his attitude he will be running the business into the ground. Can someone please find him his dummy!

DO NOT... and i mean DO NOT BUY from these guys!  I have never heard such a rude and arrogant person on the phone in my life... He cracked it in less then 10 seconds because i couldn't answer him a question Which Mind you he didn't ask properly for This companies reputation proceeds it... If you want a laugh call these jokers and watch the fire works fly within 5 seconds.

The boys are old school tradies at Braeside Steel. They know there stuff and call a spade a spade. I can see reviewers are rating a driver, but I found them helpful and wasn't offended My steel was cut up for me on the spot and loaded to boot, cheers!

Peter and the boys at Braeside are fantastic. Every time I have asked them to help on a job they have been more than happy to assist. The quality of their work is excellent. These guys know their stuff.
