I've been dealing with Tayla Crabtree from Carrum Downs and I cannot fault her as Tayla has been so lovely to deal with. Tayla was not only friendly to deal with but was extremely knowledgeable about the products. Tayla was also able to provide various options available to us. Not that it should matter, we were only organising a small job to be done but we were definitely not treated as if we were only a small job. Thanks Tayla so much also for the great chain of communication you provided. 100% happy customer.
Had I come here to read these reviews, I would have never dealt with this company. I ordered and paid for a door in November 2021 and delivery was booked for February 2022. When the door didn’t turn up I rang only to find out that it was never put through their system.nnA new delivery date of April 2022 was set and again the date was missed. When the door finally arrived two weeks later it was the wrong size!nAnother door was ordered and finally delivered, but this time it was incomplete. Beads and glass were missing.nnFinally today, 7 months later the door is complete. I understand that the building industry has had challenges over the last couple of years, but the incompetence at Bradnams is mind blowing. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me.nnI would have given them zero stars if it wasn't for Michelle who as very helpful.nnThe proverbial ten foot pole is too short to touch them with.
Incompetent, inept and unprofessional are just a few words to describe the appalling experience I have had dealing with Bradnam’s Windows and Doors.nFrom Dealing with the General Manager to having delivery drivers turning up to my property twice with no notification what so ever and DUMPING a door on my front porch. The sheer lack of customer service, care and empathy towards their mistake is beyond belief.nIf Bradnam’s company policy is to employ unprofessional and Inadequate staff, then congratulations you have achieved your goal!!!!!!!nThe only shining light in this bleak experience were Shane and Glen the Installers who were professional, courteous and understanding.nIn all my years dealing with and being a retail customer have I experienced such a poor level of service. I’m surprised this business is still operating.
I couldn't more highly recommend the guys at bradnams and especially our sales rep Michelle. The guys there solve all our problems, are responsive and great to deal with. i would highly recommend you give them a chance.
Sales staff were unwilling to provide any info about window costs - top secret clearance needed for info.nnI'm the purchaser but not important to this company.nnVery poor customer service experience, despite numerous requests for an example no assistance provided - thanks Michael I'll purchase elsewhere.nnPs - maybe you should ban customer enquiries if you don't want to answer basic questions.
