Went to have a coffee on 09/03/24 Saturday around 2pm but when I represent my coffee card for a free coffee because I already bought 4 coffee and 5th one suppose to be free but a old female staff told me that we don’t accept those card anymore and threw away my card where else it is still advertised on other bp station that buy 4 coffee and 5th one is free. Just need an explanation what is really happening here? Not a pleasant experience at all
Bit hard to get in the bathroom, 90H Tommy was tearing it up like the Christmas thunder storm. My fault as I seen the sparkle and shine in the priority 90H parking but man was it a mind boggling experience. I was also told by Tommy himself about the scrumptious works burger and salad combo with chips and gravy under the salad, chips were soggy and I actually got stood over for my burger by a Maori in a trucker cap, Chee hoo
Hopeless truckstop. Little parking, main toilets always closed for cleaning at busiest times. Leaving truckies toilet. One’s always blocked and overflowing. Leaving only one toilet for a place as busy as it is.
If you wanna to be treated like you’re stupid this is the right place for you. This place is on my way from work to home so it would be an ideal pitstop but this afternoon 22.11.23 was the second time that this kid, for no reason treated me like we had personal issues. So if you wanna to be humiliated by a teenager in the cashier you’re welcome.
Pathetic supposed to be a service centre but can't accommodate for lpg users, has electric but obviously another company after money not convince for customers, I'd give zero stars but 1 is the minimum
Dirty toilets, other than that it was ok Multiple restaurants including McDonald's, Krispy Kreme and a cafe. Payphone available. Would definitely visit again.
Bp have the better truck stops in my opinion. All types of fuel including EV charging. Several different food outlets and a decent size food court. Mini market with lots on offer. Good coffee and there is a Krispy Kreme outlet here too. The amenities are kept clean even during peak times.
My husband and I stop here every time we drive to the Gold Coast The staff members are all always happy welcoming and kind. We love a coffee stops with these guys. Love you guys!
Being a driver from Melbourne I have found it a clean place to stop for something to eat, relax and take my break but while here I have watched at least 5 trucks take up parking bays that should be used for interstate drivers, these trucks park grab their bag get in cars and go home
Had a cheese and bacon croquette, took a bite and it was frozen in the middle, was the old girl with the bandana that served me.
