Customer service is great. But l want to know about the staff working on weekend mornings as l don’t remember her name. I tried to ask the staff but they doesn’t let me know about her roster. Any leads will be appreciated as l have only Sunday morning to see her specially and get my first coffee from her which makes my day but staff said she is not doing anymore weekends. Can someone let me know her next shift if she’s working any weekend as l visit this place to see her especially. Please please help me l really like her and want to confess her this time.
Large BP fuel station and food centre located on the Melbourne bound side of the M1 Princes Highway.nPlenty of parking for domestic cars, caravans and semi trailers.nThere are also fuel pumps to match including diesel and LPG.nLarge food center, including a large McDonald's with a twin lane drive through.nPublic toilets with facilities for disabled and wheel chair bound.
Bad customer service. I was coming to this store from last 1 year 3-4 times a week. But never going back.I went to store today 7 am to pay for fuel, an Indian girl was working there. I was waiting in front of the counter for more than 5 mins to pay but that girl was standing on coffee machine, yawning. Completely ignored me. When i said I’m getting late, please come to the register but she was be like, I can’t do anything, you’ll have to wait, very rudely, and making faces at me. When i said I’m not gonna come to the store again, she be like, ok no problem. She was mumbling some bad words I couldn’t understand. But very disappointing. Honestly replace that girl otherwise you gonna loose your customers.
I go there every Sunday morning the staff are always friendly one Sunday morning a man insisted he be served before every body else how rude can you be
Staff always friendly, cheaper then most BPs, have hot and cold food selections in their Cafe
