A good servo with enough bowsers and a decent store inside.nnIngress and egress is good considering the uphill flow of traffic from Cowies Creek - you can see oncoming vehicles well nonetheless.
I am writing to report a disappointing and disrespectful experience I had at your station today. I am a regular customer and usually visit after 6:00 p.m. for coffee, where the staff are always polite and helpful. However, today I visited at a different time and encountered a staff member named Yash who behaved very rudely.nnWhen I asked if he was okay, he responded by yelling at me to move my car from the pump, even though I was not refuelling and had only stopped briefly to grab a coffee. I told him I would move the car, but he continued shouting. His behaviour was aggressive and unnecessary, which caused me distress.nnWhen I later asked him to toast my wrap, he refused, saying the machine was not working, though it was clear he simply didn’t want to help. His attitude and tone came across as disrespectful and discriminatory toward me.nnI have always enjoyed visiting this BP location, but this experience was unacceptable and made me very uncomfortable.

Suman, is very friendly and joyful employee, well done, definitely i will be back.
Karen makes the best coffee in the northern suburbs hands down. The staff are always smiling and happy and makes me feel good to start the day with them. I love the toasties in the chilly mornings and they always have good deals on chocolates and drinks. Young bloke made my coffee wrong but he apologised and made it again for free. Tried a croissant from there and found out they bake them in store! So flaky and fresh, I will definitely be trying the other pastries. Store is looking a little old and could use an upgrade but overall, it’s a great place to grab a morning coffee and snack.
