Dear BP,nnThis morning I stopped at the North rd. / Clayton Street station to put air in my tires. I slipped and fell, scraping my hand badly. The Hindu gent running the station he had a bindi on his forehead - the red dot noticed me washing my injured hand, and a moment later came out and gave me a bandaid.nnThis small act of kindness is a credit to not only your employee, but the the whole company. I cannot say how much I appreciated his help and how it reflects the decency and kindness that binds humanity together.nnThe incident happened at about nine this morning,, Saturday 11th. The attendant was very rude explaining about the BP plus app i used. It was the 2nd time that i used it and he keeps insisting i need to pay and cancel my bp plus app.nHe said that it is not working which was very odd since it has been perfectly fine accessing it. Then he never investigated at all as to why it has been that way.
Please recalibrate your air pump or change the air hose to one that is compatible with the pump as it is displaying and pumping the incorrect air pressure. Nearly blew up my tyres as it was about 7 PSI over the displayed pressure when checking at other petrol stations.
They have issues with using the toilet for a bit long time which is understandable when your car is parked on the fuel bay. But the behaviour shown by the person was very unprofessional rude. I was coming here from the last one year. But it was the last day today.
