Customer service should be respectful and consistent for everyone. I won’t be returning based on this experience.”
This is the best and ideal place for a quick stop for fuel ‘ Refreshments, convenience and Hot coffee too. The staff were kind and very clean shop. Well done team BP. Has a Truck STOP and ATM TOO. Well that’s very impressive. I witnessed lot of truckies and tradies stop by too.
Seriously worst pump i ever went , staff behaving like idiots i wait almost 10 minutes there no one came to me but the people coming after me they serving them. Shit experience.
I’ve had the pleasure of spending the better part of the last two years starting my mornings at Brenda’s BP, being greeted by your beautiful faces, grabbing the delicious little snacks, and enjoying everything else you offer. You’ve all done such an excellent job of making it so much more than the average service station experience.nnIt feels personal, and to me and my team it’s genuinely a breath of fresh air and the perfect way to start the day. Please know I truly mean it when I say thank you to every one of you for catering to a bunch of grubby, grumpy arborists and still making us feel warm and welcome every single morning.nnAlso — Mr. Basil is an absolute legend in the making. That man deserves a pay rise… I’m thinking $200,000 a year sounds fair? nnAnyway gang, love you all. Thanks again!
Came in at 4:11 on Sunday the 22 of December and a brown lady was at the front with long black hair I’m guessing as it was in a bun , my partner purchased something and he got 10 of it and placed it on the counter while I was still grabbing things , once I was ready we went to the front and my partner gave her cash $50 note asked to do half half half on card and half cash . I then said to not do that and to out all on card and my partner said to the lady ok then do what she said .nThe lady then rolled her eyes and said I have already done it so I won’t give ur money back …….. I asked if she could cancel the transaction and then do it all on card , she then said no she can’t in a mocking way …. I have worked with a till all my life and I have never ever heard that u can’t give money back specially when the till had not opened yet !! I asked her to cancel the whole transaction and to put it all on card and she very rudely said can’t. I then asked her to cancel everything and took OUR money back as I cannot understand why this lady was being lazy and didn’t want to do her job.nnTrain ur staff better please as this was embarrassing to see! As foreigners we are known to be hard working and to see another foreigner treat us like dirt made me sick to my stomach !!!! Lady take this type of behaviour back to ur family not people who pay ur wage.nnUpdate : we figured it out , the lady at the front wanted my husband . Great staff BP GREAT STAFF
