Great place to stop for food and drinks, have stopped here many times, random music playing for 8.30am - ACDC bit heavy for this time of the day! And the ladies bathroom was not clean, mens apparently good so a 3 star for that reason
Was here last Saturday and today. The staff on Saturday were lovely, and although the food that I had was nothing outstanding M&M cookie and hot choc, the customer service was really good and made up for a good experience.nnNow, I went today again and I had the complete opposite scenario: The food was amazing Schnitzel roll and Salted Caramel Frappé; however, the lady in the counter Black curled hair was very obnoxious and was making faces just because I didn't know which milks they had besides full milk. Instead of providing options, she was making rude gestures and would only speak after I asked what they had. It is disappointing that such a great location would have this kind of customer service. I know this can happen from time to time, but I think it would be fair to address this concern.
Great Servo! Lots of variety and options for all dietary requirements! I frequent this BP during my commute into Bathurst every couple of weeks, honourable mention to the younger brunette who often goes out of her way to make my coffee, I believe her name is Mary delicious cappuccino and a big smile! Well worth the stop, clean toilet and a pleasant vibe!
Slushy was bad I told them and guy said manager will call. I did not get any call from manager today I called and asked about the refund. The guy jai wasn’t talking polite. Bad customer Service.
I had a nice experience at BP. From the moment I stepped in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was cared for.
