I am customer believe me all boy really rude they don't need to be working this BP I have a lot friends tell about this BP they stop going there I tried that true . late stop to be rude be happy use skills customer service to all people.
Bad customer service, unprofessional team member having rude behaviour always specially from the Thursday evening. Never give the coffee, always making excuses of coffee machine cleaning for hours. Never experience such service from any business. Poor customer service….
Stuffed up the rewards program did not give discount on fuel as eligible should know how to redeem your clients rewards card or acquire some training before serving your clientele. Shocking that staff are not properly trained before starting to work on shifts. Total inconvenience and utter lack of respect for customers.
People who serve there are really nice. Other than that, it's your everyday servo.
Staff is very rude on cafe, I just confirmed how much time it will take, he is told me, i am busy u can refund your money.
