Car wash out of order in last two visits. This time CSR said out of order since Saturday. No signage displayed out front to warn customers before pulling in.nnI came to Bp Ashgrove for the carwash only and had my time and loyalty wasted. No pointed giving me anything in return when your business can't even deliver twice in a row
I love to come here for the automatic car wash. The staff are always kind and friendly and the robotic wash is way cool.
The Indian customer service who was working today morning was awesome.nThanks for all your help.
Car wash machine stuck and stoped in between when I was in car for washing through auto wash on Saturday 03/02 night. They gave me a new code to come again. Waste my time. Unable to reverse my car through small tiny pathway. I am requesting my refund asap.
Came in and bought a car charger. It did not work. Went back to get a replacement or refund and they would not replace it and told me to come the next morning to speak to the manager. I advised him that I do not live in the area and that I would not be able to come back in the morning as I will be working.
