Good petrol station, spacious bays & the shop is clean & modern. Service clerks are always friendly as well. One of the better service stations around. They have a seating area inside as well if your stopping for a snack.
The overall servo is good, very clean and bright,nnwhat I'm disappointed is the car wash now has changed to touchless, price also has increased, I guess it's now managed by a independent car wash company. I prefer the older car wash where it has brush, which cleans more thorough than touchless
I dont like the new touchless car wash. It's more expensive and doesn't wash properly, or rinse off the suds properly, or dry the car. I won't he using it again. I think the owners need to know.
Brand New Carwash is terrible price used to be $8.95 now it’s $18.50 and you leave with a dirty car - when contacted them they told me I should’ve pre washed my car and afterwards gone in to see the attendant - nobody gets out and inspects their car after getting the top tier car wash. It also surcharges you $0.50 when there is no option to pay any other way except by card which is highly illegal in Australia by the ACCC standards! Can’t pay cash only by card forced a surcharge!!! I was also told I should’ve called the number on the entry machine if I had a problem - it sure who enters a “CAR WASH” pays $18.00 plus $0.50 surcharge and goes oh hey look there’s a number to call if you have a problem after the wash I’ll note that just in case my top tier wash is complete garbage.nnFinally got a refund after calling BP head office!nnThe old car wash was good value and cleaned the car and wheels this one just sprays water on it and doesn’t clean the car! Won’t be going back filled up with $110 fuel so they’re losing out by installing this ridiculously expensive useless car wash…..
One of the cleanest petrol stations I’ve ever been to - so much so that I felt compelled to give it a five star Google review I mean, who reviews petrol stations on Google???. Whomever manages this pays attention to cleanliness, visual merchandising, signage and service. And the $2 coffee’s not bad either!
