Main Complaint is BP's handling of the issue through their so called National Customer Service and Fuel Guarantee. Filled up early Dec at BP Donnybrook 98 premium and within 8kms the fuel warning is on and the car goes into shutdown. Picture is the contaminated fuel taken out of car afeter filling up at DonnyBrook. Accidents happen and I can be understanding of that but the after care handling by BP has been shocking. No one answers phones, always blame another part of the process, dont respond properly or just palm me off. Almost 8 weeks later and I have spent hours of my time trying to contact people or follow up. Still no apology from anyone for the inconvenience this caused me or the subsequent hassle. Now trying to get me to sign a one sided Deeded of Release when all I want is recovery of expenses which I am entitled to per the Fuel Gurantee. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.nnUpdate re owner response: And therein lies one of the problems. They’ve outsourced the claim 2 months ago and I have provided all info and a still waiting to get settled. The party dealing with the matter CMA go straight to voicemail the multiple times I have called. I’ve then spent hours on multiple calls trying to get through to number to get it chased up and have given up each time after being on hold for 30 mins having been told I am 1 min away the whole time. Absolutely shocking customer service. 2 months later and I’m still out of pocket and have spent hours of my time. So much for fuel guarantee.

Not 24/7. No separate payment system for fueling up at night. If there is, it wasn’t obvious to us.
Sunday morning 11am filled up as usual, $70.00nNo water in bucket to wash windows or detergent , fuel hose was all buckled, and 2 people standing at counter just talking to each other ,not offering service at all. BIG loss on BPnLoss this client of every Sunday.
You're not going to believe this, but these cunning folks stock all of your favourite fuels...nnI know, right?nMadness.nnI can't imagine anyone ever heading to this place then changing their mind based on a Google review, but just in case you happen to be that statistical outlier, I gave it 5 stars.nI also wrote a lot of words so you'd be put off and not read it anyway.nWhat happened to you? Oxygen cut off when you were young? Did you bang your head a little bit too hard, or once too often?nDid you sniff fuel? Sleep with your head too close to the internet router?
