Went there for coffee late night , poor customer service and sleepy head
Rude male cashier, no smile, no thank u, no ask about receipt, no goodbye, just angry face. While I ask kindly from beginning to the end.nnEither in bad mood or racist.nBoth unprofessional and became my yearly worst BP experience so far.
robbed me of $50 when trying to recharge my phone. they accidentally gave me the wrong receipt when i was trying to recharge my phone and when i came back a bit after due to lockdown, they rejected me seeking either a refund or the credit. unprofessional and $50 down the drain. weak service. manager was also contacted and refused to refund.
