One good spot to fill up gas for car..nPrice is reasonable like market.nJust annoying with washing car services. Old model. One time dryer did not work properly. Scared of harming our car.
The worst costumer service I have had in all Sydney.nn1.Rude cashiersn2. Broken pumpsn3. Vacuum inservible, barely has strength to pick up any trashn4. Worst car wash, my car was not to dirty and it felt that the machine made the dirt to sparse through the car, left it worse!n5. For more than three days I’ve had come they invent a different excuse not to use the toiletnnDo not waste your time!
I went to get some fuel and a ticket for my car wash after I got my fuel. The lady on the counter was very cold. I had a barcode on me which I wanted to scan. The lady on the counter did not even touch the scanner. After asking her. I had to take my phone to the scanner which was facing the other side. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The team members are supposed to serve the customers but it seems like the customers are serving themselves. I was also asking some questions regarding the car wash when she cut me off in the middle and then go through the pin pad which I was unsure of. She did not have any name batch on her so I had to ask her name. Her name was Lakshmi. This happened on 29th of November at around 2:40 pm. I am very disappointed in the service that I was provided I live nearby so I usually get a few locally. I was curious about the car was as well so I happened to go to the BP as it’s close to my place but seems like the team members are very unwelcoming so I might have to think about it before going there one more time.
Very convenient but the fuel prices are some of the most expensive in sydney.nAny car wash purchased is now only valid for 30 days, even if you buy 2 car washes use the first one that day, the 2nd must be used in 30 days also where as every other place gives you 60 days expiry.
Change your hours on Maps and fuel checker they’re both wrong. Close two hours before you were supposed to.
