I think it’s the owner whom I dealt with 3 times.. 2 times he was super rude with me and 3rd time he yelled at someone across the pump. I understand running a business can be stressful but isn’t the business because of the customer and they have every right to be treated respectfully..BP is a highly regarded organisation but these franchisee owners are just ruining the reputation. So sad.
08/Jun/2023 Thursday around 9:30 pm.nThe staff member on duty, an Indian gentleman, exhibited a consistently rude and disrespectful attitude throughout our interaction. He spoke to me in a condescending tone and displayed an overall lack of professionalism. This behavior was both unwarranted and highly distressing.nnAs a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when visiting any establishment. Unfortunately, the conduct of this particular staff member has left me deeply dissatisfied with the service provided at your gas station. Such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your establishment but also creates an unwelcoming and unpleasant environment for customers.nI kindly request that you take appropriate action to address this matter.
These people are Theives! I paid for the attendants mistake!! What a joke.nYou've just lost 6 cars plus machinery. Oh and forgot to mention my 20 + large Italian family who also use your station. NOT ANYMORE!!!!
Good gas price. Awesome customer service. My Apple Pay was not working. It took me like 10 mins to fix the problem of my phone. During the time, the Asian staff was very understanding and patient.
Bad attitude, recommend changing a new staff
