Very unorganized place, when you have to stand around for staff to make coffees when you only get fuel because theirs only one person on or that you go there regularly to buy food and every time staff change because of turn over of people. they put the food out when they feel like it. being a regular customer and buy food there every day at a set time and staff constantly changing the time they put out the hot food out is frustrating seeing now there is 2 people on now but no consistency or set protocols.nLucky your not a real truck stop you would be put out of business with the inconsistency
Customer service is terrible! The lady behind the counter was extremely rude all because I was trying to give her the correct change instead of having to shuffle through the till to make change, and had the nerve to call me rude because I asked why she was ignoring me while I was trying to offer the correct change.
The lady was extremely rude and should not be employed anywhere in customer service because she doesn’t know the meaning of customer service… I will never be going there again!!!
Don't go there! I just went to put fuel in my car Saturday night and the place appears to be a meeting place for people to hang out in the car parks.nMost were drinking alcohol and no way was I going to stop there was a crowd of at least 20 people who made me really nervous so I pulled away.nI've now ran out of petrol and waiting for a friend to bring me petrol but I just didn't feel safe stopping there as a woman on my own.
