Went to North Lakes to have dinner with friends and wanted to fill up. No signs from Anzac avenue on how to get into the bloody pumps. Turned left on Discovery road and got into Maccas and ended up still on that no entry lane. Went to Coles Express across the road instead even if they were 5cents more. Bloody waste of time

Every time I fill my motorcycle there they take so long to activate the bowser I could have had it filled twice over, paid and ridden away. Not just once but every time. When I mentioned it and asked if it was normal, the lady said yes it was. My response was that other places don't. Her reply was "well it does here, love". They obviously have no respect for my time. Just as well Caltex is not far away, that's where I'm headed from now on.

Appalled by the so called policies of your north lakes store. My son drove 60km to finish a job.on sunday over the northside of brisbane today only to discover he had forgotten his wallet. Immediately he called me to help him do it and i was informed that i could very well be committing fraud. I could give his full id and was willing to pay by any card including fleet cards. Feeling a lot like a criminal now as we now have been threatened with calling the police. I do in fact understand how the eft system works and manual card entries and phone payments are accepted with every system. Now after traveling a further 180km the small job that he has done as an apprentice carpenter he is going to be out of pocket. But of course its all his fault as you said.....
