Dear BP Customer Service,nnI am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the behavior of a staff member at one of your fuel stations. On 30/04/2025, at approximately 1:33 AM, I stopped at your station to refuel my vehicle. When I politely asked to use the toilet facilities, the female staff member on duty responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner.nnNot only was her tone unprofessional, but she was also engaged in conversation with another individual in a language I did not understand, which made the interaction feel even more uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I found this behavior to be completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role.nnAs a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and respect—something that was entirely lacking in this interaction. If BP values its customers, I urge you to address this issue seriously and ensure that all staff are trained to provide polite, professional service at all times.nnPlease investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I would appreciate a response to confirm that this complaint has been received and is being looked into.
Well bp provide really good coffee and banana bread but they need to train their staff more
Disguisting behaviour and poor customer service by lady behind counter on 20 august at around 7:15 in morning . The store is quite convenient but staff should focus on customer service es well . Had been there couple of times, this was the worst ever

The middle eastern / Indian / west Asian / Pakistani gentleman that served us on the Saturday night of the 18.5.24 at around 8:13pm was indeed a loving soul who said that I was a good man for only buying coconut water and no ice creams. I then returned serve and gestured that he was also a good man for acknowledging that I was a good man. This created a cascade effect of human emotions and connection around the store as there were around 9 of us gentleman pondering what good’s would spike our dopamine the most effectively while maintaining long term health benefits. We started to hug each other and touch each other on the rod. Thank you sir, you are the ideal BP representative - they best they could ever ask for. You ARE BP - a shining light of white and green.
