Why the F , people using bp name and not accepting bp rewards , I never understand that, I mean it's listed as bp on Google, google maps , every where and when you walk into such stores they just say they don't accept bp rewards because they are private.nnPrivate , using bp's name , why don't you just get your own name.nnI only use bp because of rewards but it's just disgusting that these bps don't accept rewards , and its not mentioned anywhere as well ,nnThis guys just said you can know by looking at our store's front that it's not bp, it's private...nEven when it's bp mentioned...nnWhy don't you just change your name at Google a s well, if its private , so bp customer don't waste their time coming to you ...nnIt's second time happening to me ...
Went at night so that’s on me but the dude sat there on his phone for like 20 minutes before noticing me standing right in front of him to be served, not mad I had nowhere to be, just a little inconvenient
Worst experience ever, they aren't BP they just sell BP fuel they don't accept BP gift cards, all the other staff was good but one of the manager, she was the rudest person I've ever seen, they didn't specify anything that they don't accept BP cards etc as well as on BP website it shows that BP cards can be accepted at this station. Such a bad day.
Tbh feel cheated about the BP rewards. And the marketing of your bloody hotdogs at the counter doesn't work. May be ask your staff to do it politely
Poor customer service.nPump hoses are too short. I saw a lady had to move her car a couple of times to reach the nozzle to her car.nCouldn't use BP reward app there. The guy at the counter said they are the privately owned so they don't do the discounts. I don't think customers need to know who owns the business to get the discount. It's misleading to the customers.nI was planning to fill up my tank and buy the breakfast there. Due to the bad customer experiences, I decided not to buy the breakfast. I will definitely not going back there again.
