Went yesterday 5 Nov 22 to swap a gas cylinder and buy some kindling. About 15 people in the queue to the counter. One guy at the counter, taking an inordinate amount of time to serve each customer, because he's obviously unfamiliar with the checkout equipment and stock. Waited 10 minutes, during which he managed to serve one customer. Left and went to a different servo. You need enough staff, properly trained, if you want to keep customers.
Pretty disappointed with the car wash facilities here. The hand wash is subpar - the product settings are dialled right down on all their machines, resulting in not enough soap, wax etc. coming out of the nozzle. This means you have to spend longer and more $$ to get the same clean you would elsewhere. To make things worse, you also get less value. For $5 at the carwash just down the road in Ormond you get 7.5 minutes. Here you only get 6 minutes. Beware if you use your card, it will continue to charge you in $1 increments the longer you use it. I can generally clean, wax and shine my car for $8 at most car washes - here it cost me $15. Won't be coming here again in a hurry.
Be very careful if filling up with Diesel here. I found this highly deceptive and confusing. Especially given BP ultimate is displayed on the board. This site offers 2 types of diesel. Regular Diesel and Ultimate Diesel. The price displayed on the board is for regular Diesel and not Ultimate Diesel. The price difference is 4 cents a litre. The price displayed on the board only applies to the the pumps on the very right hand side of the station and the rest of the pumps are Ultimate Diesel.
Today ,19 of November 2022 at 12:15 pm , guy with beard and turban , at the counter very rude , not helping at all. Very bad customer service .
I Paid $1.92 per litre for Bp ultimate today 32cents!!!!!!!! more per litre than regular unleaded 91 which was at $1.60 today. I then drove to BP Oakleigh on Warrigal Rd to compare prices and found out that there was only 18 cents difference between 91 unleaded and 98 unleaded. When I went back to the service station to ask why there is such a difference in price, the guy behind the counter said it’s not upto him but the manager makes up the prices. I rang head office to complain and what a joke and a waste of time that was. I have been a BP customer all my driving life, 26 years, today was the last time. It has nothing to do with the extra $10 I paid for my tank of fuel, the fact is this site is ripping people off.
I have been coming here for the past one year but this time i had a wierd experience the giy on the counter is really rude and he didn't put in the bp rewards and i worked in a fuel station i know the process so i asked him back and he simply replyed with an arrogant face that my card is the problem .not a good customer representative.
I visited a couple of times , very competitive fuel prices. However, the coffee machine was out of order every single time I visited. Further more service people are rudely denied for serving coffee.
Thurs 13 Jan 2.15pm 2022. Two guys serving ignored me as I waited to pay for petrol. Just continued with their own conversations. One had a mask around his neck. The other had NO MASK in sight. This is against the DHS regulations. I understand the rudeness as due to staff shortages many may be untrained in customer service. But health and safety is expected by the customers. Lost me as a customer. I value my safety.
Please make sure your staff well trained with proper customer service skills. We are not here to be treated with an attitude
The service attendant was really rude to me. I paid in cash and asked it I could have 2 $10 notes instead of a $20 in my change. He first ignored me then said "You get what you get. There is a vending machine outside." It just seemed like such an unnecessary response. Super rude experience.
