Found the staff to be rude the last few visits , we use to frequently come for coffee but now we will reconsider

Staff rude , no help asked for battery for smart key said they don't have it , ( most common battery sold at gas station ) only when I saw at back of counter was given the battery , changed the battery and was being looked at like I was about to take off with a 5 dollar battery was allso asked if I'm going to pay for it very rudely , not happy with BP service at all

Check your receipt ! We filled up the car tank and bought 3 bottles of water here. I ended up checking the receipt and noted that i was charged for 7 bottles. I was given a refund when I went back to the counter. Although i hope it was a mistake, i would recommend customers to check their receipts.
