Can I say that Leisa proves that customer service still exists, I appreciate all your advise and knowledge during our holiday to the Sunshine Coast. Best coffee myself and my wife have ever had travelling around Australia. The rest of our family are behind us by a few weeks and this site and service is so much appreciated. BP please pass on our thanks to Leisa so caring and courteous. The store was clean and shelves filled with exciting rewards for our children.
BP Nambour. Great staff, friendly service. Coffee is usually of a good standard, however management seem to be penny pinching expecting one staff member to deal with the pumps and making coffee in busy weekend day shift. Staff looking stressed and overworked. Customers queuing for service and coffee standards have dropped. Wake up mgr you will burn out your hard working staff. From concerned regular customer.
Great place to pickup snacks and or drinks. I don't drive so I'm not sure about the fuel but they have loads of snacks and drinks. And the coffee is okay.
Mini are you ok?nYour manner the fact you pushed your nails into my hand so hard returning my change, in an aggressive attempt to show your contempt to have to stop what you were doing to serve customers that keep the business going not only shocked me but left me speechless my business vehicles and myself will find another petrol station, going forward life is hard enough without that type of behaviour because, I simply wanted to pay for my petrol which I and others waited patiently to be served.nI hope you find your peace as your anger was not appreciated by me or others.
Ordered a Chai latte extra chai powder on oat and a flat white. Chai latte had no flavour of chai at all and just tasted like a warm oat milk drink. The flat white was that hot I struggled to hold the cup, the milk was burnt and it took 15 minutes before my partner could even take a sip of it. Needless to say he did not drink it.
