The young lady who served us did not know what was In the seafood basket we ordered, she took 10 minutes to come back with an answer. We went to sit down to wait for our meal and all tables had crumbs on them as well as the seats. The floor is covered with crumbs and chips it’s 35 minutes and we are still waiting
Oh dear, what an terrible cup of coffee. Scalding hot, coffee burnt. When I took it back and complained nothing happened, here I am sitting waiting for it to be replaced but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. I think she just threw it away and didn't realize I was expecting a fresh one. I don't expect to have to spell it our! It's not the first time in here I have had a bad coffee made, more fool me for giving them another chance
Cleanest toilets ever. But only gas station I've been too of this size with no rubbish bins at all or window cleaning brushes. I hate littering but see everyone leaves their rubbish where the rubbish bins SHOULD have been but are not.
Bought iced mocca on our way from Auckland really bad service. One staff name sneha doesn’t know how to deal with costumer. Very rude behaviour. Toilet are not clean when asked staff. She say not her responsibility to clean.
I had a great experience at BP Te Kuiti Dec17.24 The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome as soon as I entered. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of items, from snacks to essentials. I also appreciated how easy it was to use the pumps – everything was well-maintained and efficient. The location is convenient, and there’s plenty of parking space. Whether you're fueling up or grabbing a quick coffee, BP Te Kuiti delivers excellent service. Highly recommend stopping by!
