If you don't want people to look at your displays and make a choice about what they want to purchase, then remove them. I don't know what was so important that your employee had to shout at me that she had a job to do as she stormed off, but evidently she doesn't think that customer service is part of her job - which is ironic because the issue was that I just wanted her to let me look without being pressured.nYour second employee was as equally frustrating because when I then attempted to pay for my fuel without making the extra purchase that I was going to, instead of processing my transaction and giving me my change, she decided to antagonise me to the point that I felt I was not welcome to collect my change it was only $4.50 but it was $4.50 I wanted to buy something with.nI am so genuinely upset by this whole experience and I don't know what to do about it. I can't find an email to email a formal complaint, I don't want to ring in case I get the mean lady and I will certainly not be returning as a customer for awhile, if ever. I know that will have absolutely zero impact on you as a business, but given that I often go out of my way to get fuel from this locally owned and operated station rather than to the big chain stations I hope that the staff feel some kind of repercussion for their disgraceful behaviour.
Always been a hotspot for fuel, snacks, and meetups. Kind of a tourist destination. A easy outlet for passer throughbies. Long riders who need top-ups and something to eat or toilet breaks.nnThe recent year price hikes, have been a shot in the foot.nnFriendly management.nClean floors.nVariety of goods.
Give some training to STEPH and ask her to learn some manners to that how to talk with customers. Other staff all the time is good
I am truck driver. Work Monday to Friday.everyday I go for fuel. Most of staff good there. I spent lot of money for fuel on this station.but one staff her name is Sarah she always refuse to give me coffee. She always told me it’s time to clean my coffee machine. She never gave me coffe during night time.disappointed experience with her.
Very arrogant and disrespectful lady who served me coffee… person waiting for coffee before me she forgot his order …BP should look in this.
