Today, we visited the BP Stawell servo for fuel and coffee, but unfortunately, our experience was not up to expectations. When we went to pay the bill, the team member ASM who served us didn’t greet us or offer any kind of friendly interaction. Not only did she not recommend the rewards program, but when we asked if we could add a coffee to the bill, her response was quite rude.nnAs the ASM, she should have taken the initiative to lead by example, encouraging her team to greet customers warmly and with respect. A simple smile and courtesy go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the coffee itself wasn’t great – it lacked flavor and didn’t meet the standards we hoped for.nnOverall, left us with a disappointing experience.
Hi!! There. I was travelling to ballarat and up there this afternoon. Lady name Steph dart served me. She was so rude and with zero cumstomer service. Ordered a coffee and need to fill my car aswell on different transaction but she told me “ while I am waiting for the coffee to me made could I park the car in the parking,, then she start giggling with one of the lady customer”… even the servo was empty. A guy was working hard by himself and she was standing on counter, doing nothing. What a shame if you can’t do your job properly what you paid for,,, you should stay at home.. check cameras if I am saying anything wrong , cameras won’t lie.
Stephanie at BP in Stawell was fantastic helping me, when I had a few goes at app in the queue waiting to pay, I had registered and lost app for some reason, and have spend about$2000 on trip my fuel so far, going half way around Australia. Now I lost my credits because I got soo stressed not bothering to do the app again. Thanks Stephanie
As a truck driver, this was disappointed experience at tonight.nBP fuel station would provide free coffee to drivers who paid $300 or more on fuel, but not include here. Then I paid for a cup of soy latte, they only served me a cup coffee with half cup milk form. Feel unwelcome.
The two mere males were too busy gasbagging with each other to provide any service whatsoever. They had seen me enter and when I left after commenting politely about the lack of service they offered no apology or explanation. I walked out disgusted and empty handed.
