When I googled hot chocolate near me at 8pm on Friday night and I saw the best that was “open now” was a BP truck stop I wasn’t expecting greatness. Sure it is had some surprisingly good reviews but it was a petrol station. I was wrong.nnIt was a lovely hot chocolate made by personable and friendly staff. It left enough of an impression that I could be bothered to write a review on the spot. Good work team!
Wasn’t expecting much at a petrol station, but the latte Thomas made was pretty good. Appreciate the clean facilities and quick service. Nice to see good coffee on the road.
At 10:15, I paid for petrol and then ordered an Espresso Frape.nA man by the name of Thomas made me a frape.nAs he was making the frape, he was leaning over it strangely.nI asked him if he was making my drink. He wouldn't give me a straight answer.nRight as he passed me the drink, I asked him did you poison my drink?nhe said, 'I don't know' I pressed him for a direct answer, and he kept saying, 'I dunno, maybe?'nI pressed him again, but he still could not answer me.nI tested the drink, and 1 minute later, it began to burn the back of my throat, so I threw it out of the car as I was driving down Camp Street.nThomas was a tall man with dark hair and a weird, dark personality.nnBe very careful of this place and of who is making your coffee.nnI really should have called the police, but at least it's all here in writing.
The coffee here is amazing! Best coffee in the mountains I was totally not expecting this quality of coffee on a petrol station! They have also a healthy range of snacks which is really hard to find and the staff is super nice.
Came on casual drive to katoomba was looking for a coffee shop found this place. Definitely should mention about Shanon who is an amazing guy to talk with and served me a good coffee. Nice meeting you Shanon and keep up the amazing work
