Thankyou to Josh and all the staff at BP Halswell. Special mention to Desmond, Joanne, Anusha, Reagan, Brad, Bridgette, Naresh and Kathy for always being hospitable, helpful, courteous and polite. The staff deal with peak traffic with efficiency and respect and night staff are never short of a laugh or a smile. Keep up the awesome work guys and am very impressed with the tight ship you run there Josh. Happy staff help to make happy customers.

Regular customer as i work i on the road. Needed to use toilet... as i have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)
Cleaning was in progress, so i asked if i could please use toilet as i was busting.
He replied i dont care, get out! I understand they are limited to cleaning times.. but two toilets appeared to have been cleaned already... 🤔 
Thats two rude staff members there. Will not return or ever buy fuel from there again. Terrible service
