I would stop here most mornings during my 3 week stay in Motueka to get my daily bag of ice which is also cheaper than anywhere else I could find and was always pleased to see when James was working behind the counter, that man has the greatest customer service around. You're a legend James
Bad customer service experience yesterday from person's name on receipt - James. Topped up petrol-can and was told in future leave it outside. When I asked why he said because I said so. When I asked why though he said because the fumes stink the whole shop out. I said I don't want to, it could get stolen while I'm paying my bill. He said don't worry they have security cameras everywhere. I have been coming here for two-years and topping up the organisations petrol-can that I borrow and have never had a problem with doing so before. I do not think the organisation wants it left unattended outside while I pay my bill and neither do I. He was initially cleaning up a petrol spill with sand and there was a person in the cue before me and no one behind the till and staff from the aisles said they wouldn't be long. Himself and his co-worker laughed when he said the petro-can stinks the whole shop out. He said have a nice day. That I certainly didn't.
Awesome customer service from James this morning.Friendly and helpful. Great place to stop for fuel and treats for the road trip home.Lovely and tidy,clean well stocked store with A++ awesome customer service :
Great service, I don't fill up here as it is too expensive for fuel. Has nice pies lol
Always friendly staff and a good little shop, pity BP is always more expensive so buy my fuel at another supplier
