Some of these other reviews here are a little harsh to be honest!!!! I find this servo is great for a morning coffee. Nicole behind the counter is a welcoming friendly server who is more than happy to make a coffee while also helpful under pressure when she is obviously working on her own and people starting to que at times! Great country service..... Highly recommend!!
Absolutely disgusting experience ! Went in this evening 01/02/2026 at about 11pm and there was an elderly lady at the counter… her name tag said ‘JO’…as I walked in she rolled her eyes and sighed. I asked her if she was ok and she screams at the top of her lungs ‘I don’t feel well… OK !’ OMG… I was taken aback !! I explained I’m just a customer wanting to get petrol … she was incredibly rude and absolutely NO people skills… she then said.. ‘next time leave your bloody dog in the car !’ … I explained my dog is my service dog I lost a child and my dog gives me purpose every day to keep going…just a very frightening experience tonight. Will not be back to BP in Woodend…. I would advise others to stay away too
Great staff, well trained, friendly, good food, great coffee & very clean premises
Lovely chap working good Friday by himself. 15 in the Queue waiting to pay and he's making lates. Seriously this is a waste of peoples time and exploiting workers. One guy should not have to do this alone. If you're going to do coffees, at least put someone else on or just provide a self serve machine.
Fuel is obscenely expensive and consistently so. The price barely budges even though an earlier response states that they review their prices. Almost everywhere I've seen is cheaper. Sick of being ripped off so have started filling up in Melbourne or in the surrounding towns. I refuse to be taken advantage of by this place so have boycotted even though it's inconvenient. Hopefully more people do the same and they show some respect to the people in town! Service in the store has always been awesome though!
