Jennifer, the workshop is not part of BP.. its called Ozigo mechanical. Unrelated to BP as is the carwash and the take away.

The service station itself seems fine, but the staff in the workshop are rude and unhelpful. Old mate was meant to ring me. I told him my phone would be turned off and to leave a message. I got no messages and when I got back there he reckoned he rang and rang and that it went straight to message bank. "Yeah. I told you it would because I was in a meeting. Why didn't you leave a message?" He reckons he did, but it wasn't true because I had no missed calls on my message bank and no messages either. I also had to ask twice if someone could lift the wheel (that they'd had all day, but didn't fix) back into my car for me. What a bunch of douches! You're also meant to automatically know that the road behind the workshop is only one way, even though there are NO signs to indicate that.
