Three times in as few months, I have been unable to get the LPG pumps at this sh*tshow of a fuel station to actually pump any LPG. After asking staff why, they just shrug and say "There's LPG in there, try pump 19" which unfailingly also refuses to do its job. I'm not sure why, as there is no secret word you need to utter under your breath to entice the machinery of this particular unit to work, and last time I looked, the invocation of Satan or other Black Magic was not required in order to obtain LPG from any other petrol station I've used in the past 25 years to get gas. BP, what's the problem? You lost my business today, and won't get a fourth chance, because it's pretty obvious you simply don't care. On the last occasion I visited, to get petrol, I had to go searching for a bowser that actually worked. Looking around, I noticed yellow THIS PUMP OUT OF ORDER signs on NINE of your petrol pumps, and took a photo, it was so ridiculous. Get your act together, please! >:(
