Got refused service by JT because a friend was telling him about how Jesus love him an sharing the truth an he wouldn’t serve me an then a lady who work there made false accusations about harassment an no proof when I asked her i’m regular an very poor work attitude I’ll still be going there
Friday 24th January 2025nStaff member JT, wont serve coffee because I told him Jesus loves him. Didnt preach and was not rude, just let him know the truth. To be cut off from buying coffee, is a bit sad. Very rude and disrepectfulnnRound 2, Saturday 25th of January 2025 Approx 10pm go in to get a coffee from wildbean. My sister goes and orders, than comes gives my phone to me, than goes back over to Wild Bean to wait for coffees. Josh JT was rude to my sister and told her to go back over to the other counter and get a refund because hes not giving me a coffee. His disgusting behaviour should have him sacked. Ombudsmen will getting called. I didnt even get a full refund! Have been told to come back tomorrow. Asked for the managers name and they wouldnt even give it us. The way Josh spoke to my sister who hasnt even been there before was disgusting, no one deserves abuse especially females!nnUpdatenSpoke to the Manager Cassie on the 26th of January, who seemed very nice and said that she was going to deal with the situation and asked me not preach to Josh, which i agreed. Ive been in all week, than last night i receive a banning notice for Harrassment, what a joke. Well done BP Comera!
I frequent this servo often and I'm always disappointed by the state of it. Bins overflowing and plates left everywhere. I didn't even want to take a chance at seeing what the state of the toilets tonight would have been based on prior visits.nThe cleaners are much more interested in talking to other patrons and smoking with them especially in the picnic area rather than cleaning inside. I've found that the Caboolture BP is in much better condition than this one.
I like this service centre, it has a good combination of available food options. I often get my morning coffee here. I do question the redesign of the seating area. I don’t think the designer thought about traffic and pinch points. The area at the end of the counter where the Krispy Kreme cabinet is ridiculously tight when people pass each other and impossible if someone is at the counter. The MacDonald’s area is similarly not designed to purpose. Anyone watching the traffic over a short period would have included waiting space for orders. As it is we’ve gone from open area with convenient stools and table seating for waiting to standing in the way of people trying to walk by. The overall redesign looks great but it’s not functional.
By bank card had an issue and declined, I had no phone on me and the staff were very helpful in helping me contact my wife to call the bank fix the issue and allow me to pay for my fuel, the whole time being so courteous and polite and helping me in a stressful situation I’ve never been in before. I hope this gets to them as I’m very grateful for the customer service they provided!!
